Husk Aspiration
HUSK ASPIRATION
- After dehusking, the husk is removed by aspiration method.
- According to the situation and application, either a rubber roll dehusker combo aspirator is used or a separate husk aspirator is applied.
- There are pros and cons of each type.
- The application will decide the choice of equipment to be used.
- Husk separation is often taken lightly, but the performance of paddy separators depends largely on the efficiency of the husk aspirator.

ADVANTAGES
- – Husk throw up to 150 foot in straight line.
- – One set suitable up to 5 TPH rice mills.

- – One Peti Pankha is enough to handle a set of two dehuskers running one by one in the plant.

DISADVANTAGES
- – Suspended dust problem in the vicinity of the machine.
- – More footprint and area required for installation in plants above 6 tons.
